Douglas-fir principal rafters, hand-selected timber for exposed ceilings, log columns dried to the core in vacuum and RF kilns so the frame arrives on site already at rest. The work is delivered under a Ritz-Carlton schedule and a Ritz-Carlton punch list. Millimetric joinery. Finished faces on all sides. Timber marked, staged, and raised in a sequence that the property's general contractor can build the rest of the resort around.
